Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Dera Ghazi Khan was established to manage the education standards in DG Khan schools and colleges located in the districts of Layyah, DG Khan, Rajanpur and Muzaffargarh. BISE DG Khan Conducts the annual exams matric class part 1 and 2 during March but the SSC part 1 and 2 date sheets is issued in February. In the similar way, DG Khan Board also manages the FA/FSc part 1 and 2 annual exams in the month of April, for which DG Khan Board date sheet HSSC classes is issued in March for the facility of the students.

BISE DG Khan date sheet matric class part 1 and 2 dispatches to the home addresses of the students. In the similar way, BISE DG Khan HSSC part 2 date sheet for FA/FSc part 1 and 2 final term exams are issued to the students. BISE DG Khan matric part 1 result and matric part 2 result announces after three months of the annual exams. DG Khan Board HSSC Part 1 result and HSSC part 2 result declared after its completion. DG Khan Board manages the annual and supply exams of matric and intermediate classes at the specified time and date and students appear in the exams to pass their final term matric class exams.
